  2. Tuesday 1st May 2018 id World Labour day and in the church, we celebrate the feast of St. Joseph the worker. There will be two masses at 7.00am and 10.00am. The mass at 10.00am has been organized by the Catholic Workers Movement as the Celebrate 20 years of existence in the parish and the invite all of us to join them. Those who come for mass on that day are advised to bring your working tools for blessing.
  3. Those who would like to baptize children during the month of May should come for instructions on Saturday 5th May, 2018 starting at 3.30pm.
  4. There is a healing service today organized by Mbuya Charismatic renewal starting at 2.30pm. We are all invited.
  5. The old girls of Warr Secondary school Nebbi in Zombo district, Nebbi Diocese would like to invite all old girls and well-wishers to a thanksgiving mass which will take place next Sunday 6th May, 2018 at Our lady of Africa church Mbuya at 1.30pm. The main celebrant will be Rev. Fr. Alfred Ogwokotho.
  6. Those who registered last Sunday to join the vocations group will have their first meeting today at the shade in front of the church. The meeting will be led by Brother Lukwago, a Comboni Missionary brother and the meeting will start at 12.30pm after the 11 o’clock mass.
  7. There are some people who are looking for a lost lady and the details are on the notice board.
  8. We thank all those who have supported the parish through the Easter envelopes. The total amount so far is UGX5,156,900. Thank you and God bless your generosity.
  9. The collection for vocations last Sunday was UGX2,176,800.
  10. Today being the last Sunday of the month, we make a second collection of SAAFU. Last month the SAAFU collection was 2,249,900. Thank you for your generosity and God bless you.
  11. The tithe envelopes are available.
  12. The month of May is dedicated to Mother Mary and the Rosary. We are encouraged to pray the Rosary as a Christian Community, Family and individually.
