St. Kizito Primary School Bugolobi day and boarding
St. Kizito Primary School Bugolobi was started by Mbuya Parish on 2nd February 1987 under the leadership of Rev. Father Previdi to commemorate 100 (hundred) years of martyrdom. They chose the youngest martyr (St. Kizito) to be the patron saint of the school so that the young girls and boys may emulate his example.
The school started as a mixed-day school targeting the majority of poor children in the surrounding who had minimal chances of accessing quality primary education.
St. Kizito Primary School Bugolobi is registered under the Ministry of Education and Sports and classified as Education Act 1970 section 25(A)
Registration number PPS/S.23 and it acquired a National Examination Board Centre number 003284 under which the first Sixty-seven (67) Pupils sat for P.L.E in 1993. The school has been performing well in primary leaving examinations (PLE) examinations and these are through the hard work of stakeholders at the school.
The school started with three streams of primary one with a population of One hundred fifty pupils (150) and Five (5) teachers.
Many of the old boys and girls of St. Kizito Primary School Bugolobi are spread in the employment world with almost an even distribution of professionals
